Unexplained Australia was founded in 2007 by Unexplained/Paranormal Researcher/Cryptozoologist/Historian and Folklorist, Ghost Tour Guide, Writer and Author Murray Byfield. Murray has appeared on Channel 7, NBN News, Channel 9, NEW FM, ABC Newcastle and in various Newspapers and Print media. He has also been a guest speaker at Paranormal Conferences and has also spoken at Local Public Libraries.
Murray is also an author of currently three books on the topic of the Unexplained. Including Ghost Guide: A Guide on Ghosts and how to Investigate them. Haunted Hunter: Ghost Tales and other Mysteries from the Hunter Valley, books I and II.
Unexplained Australia is based in the Maitland area of the Hunter Valley, New South Wales, Australia.
